Hi, I'm Jess
I'm an online women's health coach, and I learnt all of this the hard way myself. For years I felt lost and overwhelmed with food, trying so hard and still feeling like I was getting nowhere, until it slowly took over.
Getting my own coach changed everything. I learnt to fuel my body instead of fight it, to move to feel strong, and to finally trust myself around food. So I studied, qualified as a coach, and built Coached by Jess Lee. Now I get to help women do the same, over 200 of them, not with rules or another plan, but by helping you understand your own body so it finally clicks.
